Order Processing

All books are printed on demand through our publishing partner, Lulu. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to high order volumes.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom and Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All physical books are produced individually upon order through Lulu's global print-on-demand network. Because each copy is printed specifically for the customer, production must be completed before shipment.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided whenever available. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Lulu and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
